Disney+ is the only platform in Australia that gives you access to the complete National Geographic library, rather than a live stream of the National Geographic Channel. This includes original National Geographic content, as well as a backlog of older shows.

National Geographic Channel on Foxtel
The National Geographic Channel can be streamed in Australia via Foxtel on Channel 613 and comes as a part of the Foxtel Plus, Premium and Platinum Plus packages. Each package will gain you access to a wider variety of channels and shows, with the option to also add to your package, allowing you to get the content you want to see.
National Geographic Channel on Fetch TV
Streaming platform Fetch TV offers the National Geographic Channel as a part of its Knowledge add-on channel pack. For an extra $6 per month, the Fetch ‘Knowledge’ package includes the National Geographic Channel, the NatGeo Wild Channel and the Discovery Channel, among others.

If you’re not keen on signing up to a streaming service, you can register via the National Geographic website, which includes full TV show episodes. All you have to do is create an account, or sign in via a social media account.
What National Geographic shows are on Disney+?
Disney+ offers the full range of National Geographic content, which can be streamed at any time. This includes original shows that are exclusive to the platform such as The World According to Jeff Goldblum.
