What features does Sage Accounting offer?
Sage splits its products into Finance, People Management and Business Management, with the Intacct product the sole offering in the Finance space. The Intacct program allows users to automate core financial areas and analyse through reports, automate revenue and billing processes, create dashboards and reports for easier use, in addition to offering the flexibility to expand your working space via the possibility of adding extra modules that specialise on certain areas of business, such as sales or analytics.
Sage unfortunately don’t list the full capabilities and range of features on its website, instead recommending people contact a member of their staff via the website for more information.
What plans does Sage Accounting offer?
Sage previously offered just one accounting plan for $20 per month, but with the transition to a more holistic financial management system, which includes accounting functions and capabilities, Sage does not outline the full costs associated with its programs and systems. As a result, it’s best to contact Sage directly for a breakdown of the costs.

Should I use Sage Accounting software?
Sage, like many of the online accounting software options, can add a high-level of flexibility and efficiency to your bookkeeping. It uses AI technology to assist you and automate many accounting tasks that traditionally would have been done manually, making it perfect for small businesses and start-ups who have limited time or a limited number of employees to complete tasks.
Overall, there are plenty of accounting software options available that offer a range of tools and features, with the one best suited for your business depending on your needs and budget, meaning you might like to shop around before you decide to buy. At the end of the day, no accounting software will be a perfect fit for every business, so it’s best to have a general idea of the financial needs of your business and the types of features and functions that are important to you, as you may find something that suits you now, as well as in the future.
