Vodafone’s HUGE phone sale: how to save $350 on the iPhone 14

Vodafone is clearing space for the upcoming iPhone 15 by dropping prices on some of this year’s most-wanted phones, including the iPhone 14 series.

For a limited time, customers can save up to $350 on the price of the premium iPhone 14 range — no trade-in required. Vodafone is cutting prices on the standard iPhone 14, the bigger iPhone Plus, the in-demand iPhone 14 Pro, and the luxe iPhone 14 Pro Max, provided customers stay connected to a Vodafone plan for the duration of their phone repayments.

Here’s how much each iPhone model is currently discounted at Vodafone:

• iPhone 14: save $350 (was priced from $1,399, now from $1,049)
• iPhone 14 Plus: save $350 (was priced from $1,579, now from $1,229)
• iPhone 14 Pro: save $250 (was priced from $1,749, now from $1,499)
• iPhone 14 Pro Max: save $250 (was priced from $1,899, now from $1,649)

Discounts are available across all storage sizes and colours for each model. To qualify, you’ll need to select your choice of phone and payment term — you can pay off your device over 12, 24, or 36 months. You’ll pay the same for your phone over each term, but picking a longer payment period means your monthly installments will be smaller.

You’ll then need to add one of Vodafone’s SIM-only postpaid plans. All plans are month-to-month and no contract, so you can switch between them as needed while you’re paying off your iPhone. However, you’ll need to stay on a Vodafone SIM plan for the full 12, 24, or 36 months outlined in your device payment term, otherwise you’ll lose the monthly discount on your phone payment. If you leave early, you’ll need to pay out the remaining undiscounted balance of your iPhone 14.

Vodafone iPhone 14 plans

Vodafone’s SIM-only plans are priced at $45 per month for 40GB of data, $55 for 150GB, and $65 for 300GB; however, Vodafone is currently offering double data across all three plans when you sign up by September 4, 2023.

Each Vodafone plan includes unlimited standard national talk and text in Australia, unlimited standard international texts, and no excess data charges for use in Australia — once your monthly fast data allowance is exceeded, your speeds will simply be slowed to 2Mbps. All plans also include access to Vodafone’s 5G network where available.

Vodafone Google Pixel deals: save $300

Looking for a hot deal on a new phone, but prefer Android devices? Vodafone is also slashing prices on Google’s Pixel 6 Pro and Pixel 6a. You can pick up either device with a sweet $300 discount, again so long as you stay connected to a Vodafone SIM-only plan until your phone is fully paid off.

Here’s Vodafone’s Pixel 6 pricing with the discount applied:

• Google Pixel 6 Pro 128GB: save $300 (was $1,299, now $999)
• Google Pixel 6 Pro 256GB: save $300 (was $1,449, now $1,149)
• Google Pixel 6a 128GB: save $300 (was $599, now $299)

The $300 discount will be applied evenly across your 12, 24, or 36 months of device payments. If you cancel your service early, you’ll need to pay off the remaining full retail price of your Google phone.

Vodafone is also discounting several other Android devices, including the Samsung Galaxy S23 series, OPPO Reno8 5G and the Motorola Edge 30 range. To claim your price cut, you’ll need to buy one of the following phones on a 24 or 36-month device payment plan, and stay connected with Vodafone for the duration.
