Frosty about rising power prices? These 6 winter energy deals may help raise the heat

With winter heating costs on the horizon and the announcement of significant default power price rises from July 1, it wouldn’t be unreasonable to suspect that some households may be feeling a little frosty towards their energy provider and bills right now.

But it needn’t be all doom and gloom when it comes to your energy plans this winter. Despite the odds, there are still some providers that are breaking the status quo and offering attractive sign-up credits or value-add incentives for customers willing to make the switch.

In this guide, Canstar Blue has rounded up six of the hottest sign-up offers currently on the table across Victoria, New South Wales, south-east Queensland and South Australia, to help you keep warm and toasty this winter season, without breaking the bank.

Please keep in mind, this is only a selection of plans available in the market. Other deals or promotions may be available in your area so it is important to check with the retailer directly before making any purchase decisions.
