This plan is Simply’s dedicated GreenPower offer that matches 100% of a customers’ energy usage with energy from accredited renewable generators for a small additional cost. This is a variable rate offer, with no exit fees or lock-in contracts. The retailer also offers this product with an additional discount to motoring club customers.
Simply Movie Perks
Exclusive to Victoria, this deal rewards customers with Village cinemas rewards points, Vrewards. Customers will receive 1,000 Vrewards points every month for the duration of the plan. To put that in context, a standard movie ticket is valued at 2,500 Vrewards points.
Simply Energy Saver
Currently available to new customers in NSW, QLD and SA, this offer comes with a generous guaranteed discount off usage and supply charges. This is a variable rate plan on an ongoing contract. Monthly billing is also available.
Simply Blue Perks

Simply Smarter

Simply Energy has also launched its retail natural gas service in Western Australia, joining the likes of AGL and Origin in doing so.
Simply Energy Solar
Simply Energy states on its website that it can match customers interested in installing a solar system with one of its preferred solar installers. This can be done via the registration form on its website. Simply Energy’s Solar Sharing Scheme allowed participating staff members to pocket savings on their monthly electricity bills through the use of excess solar power from the rooftop system at the factory. Simply Energy Billing
One of the great things about large retailers like Simply Energy is that there are plenty of ways to pay your bill. Simply Energy customers can pay in any of the following ways:
- Online: Pay your bill with MasterCard, VISA or American Express through the Simply Energy website.
- Direct Debit: You can set up Direct Debit using MyAccount or by completing the online form. Simply Energy will automatically withdraw what you owe from the nominated account each billing cycle.
- BPay: Simply log on to your online bank account, choose Bpay, and type in the biller code and reference number on your bill.
- PayPal: Pay your bill using your PayPal account through the Simply Energy website.
- In Person: Pay at the post office by cash, cheque or EFTPOS. This will require the use of your Post Billpay code (found on the third page of the bill).
- Phone: You can pay using your credit card by giving Simply Energy a call.
- Mail: Tear the ‘payment options’ part off your bill off and post it with a cheque to the address on the slip.

Simply Energy’s ‘MyAccount’ is an online management tool that can be accessed through the online portal or by downloading the Simply Energy app. With MyAccount you can:

What other products does Simply Energy offer?
In addition to electricity, natural gas and solar products, Simply Energy also offers customers products to help with their home energy efficiency and costs.
Simply Energy has an online store where you can buy efficient LED bulbs, batteries, chargers, usage monitoring devices, security cameras, efficient shower heads and much more. You do not need to be a Simply Energy utility service customer in order to use its online store.
The retailer also offers a free online energy check-up. With your bill handy, go to the Simply Energy website and answer eight questions. It will then produce a report for you, indicating what might be contributing to a larger than expected bill and steps you can take to minimise your usage.
