Engie Solar Sharing Scheme

Engie’s Solar Sharing Scheme allowed participating staff members to pocket savings on their monthly electricity bills through the use of excess solar power from the rooftop system at the factory. This scheme was awarded a Canstar Blue Innovation Award in 2022 for its market-leading initiative, that brought both financial and environmental incentives for staff members.

Engie also sells natural gas to residential customers in NSW, SA, VIC and WA. All Engie electricity offers are compatible with a bundled natural gas service. Engie NRMA/ RAA members will get a guaranteed discount on both usage and supply charges in NSW and SA.

Engie Billing

One of the great things about large retailers like Engie is that there are plenty of ways to pay your bill. Engie customers can pay in any of the following ways:

  • Online: Pay your bill with MasterCard, VISA or American Express through the Engie website.
  • Direct Debit: You can set up Direct Debit using MyAccount or by completing the online form. Engie will automatically withdraw what you owe from the nominated account each billing cycle.
  • BPay: Simply log on to your online bank account, choose Bpay, and type in the biller code and reference number on your bill.
  • PayPal: Pay your bill using your PayPal account through the Engie website.
  • In person: Pay at the post office by cash, cheque or EFTPOS. This will require the use of your Post Billpay code (found on the third page of the bill).
  • Phone: You can pay using your credit card by giving Engie a call.
  • Mail: Tear the ‘payment options’ part off your bill off and post it with a cheque to the address on the slip.

Online tools

Engie’s ‘MyAccount’ is an online management tool that can be accessed through the online portal or by downloading the Engie app. With MyAccount you can:

  • View payment history
  • Monitor your daily energy usage
  • Update contact details
  • Register for e-billing
  • Opt-in for direct debit.
