Are you a pensioner looking to slash a few dollars off your next electricity bill? Then AGL may just have a sparking good power deal for you.
The utilities powerhouse is currently dishing up to $100 of bill credit on its Seniors Saver electricity plan to eligible households in Victoria and New South Wales.
In line with its new credit offering on its standard plans in these states, AGL has boosted the standard $25 sign-up bill credit on the Seniors Saver plan to $100 in Victoria and $75 in NSW.
For customers in south-east Queensland and South Australia, however, the Seniors Saver sign-up credit is still $25.
Seniors Saver is AGL’s exclusive pensioner electricity deal and is available to customers who hold an eligible Seniors Card. This plan offers these customers lower base rates than its flagship offers for a 12-month benefit period and comes with no exit or paper billing fees. Access to AGL Rewards – the retailer’s discount and shopping program – is also available.
This offer is an electricity-only plan in NSW, VIC, SEQ and SA, however, a natural gas equivalent is available exclusively to eligible customers in Western Australia.
Credits will be awarded as a one-off payment to eligible customers on their first bill.
For the full terms and conditions, it is best to visit the AGL website for more details.
