This Promotion Schedule is incorporated into and forms part of Canstar Blue’s “General Terms and Conditions of Promotions”, available at https://www.canstarblue.com.au/terms-and-conditions/. The General Terms and Conditions apply to the Promotion subject of this Promotion Schedule. To the extent of any conflict between this Promotion Schedule and the General Terms and Conditions, this Promotion Schedule will prevail.

| 4 | Details of Prize and value | The draw will be in relation to one prize, a brand new iPhone 8 Plus 64GB handset in Space Grey, unlocked (called a “Prize”), valued at $1,229 RRP. The Prize will consist of the handset only. The Prize Winner will be responsible to obtain at its own cost connectivity to a telecommunications and data network, a SIM card and other accessories.
The Prize will be posted to the Prize Winner’s validly nominated postal address within Australia (excluding external territories), at Canstar Blue’s expense. The Prize will be posted as soon as reasonably practicable after release of the Prize into the Australian market, and subject to stock availability.
The winning Entrant will be required to reply to Canstar Blue, via reply email or Facebook private message, of their: – acceptance of the prize, – full name, – contact phone number, – postal address, – year of birth, – approval for Canstar Blue to announce their name as the Prize Winner on the www.canstarblue.com.au and/or other relevant publications.
Should Canstar Blue not be able to provide the Prize by November 15, 2017, the Prize Winner agrees that it will be provided with a substitute prize being an amount of $1,500 cash (“the Cash Prize”) which will be in full satisfaction of the winning Entrant’s entitlements in this Promotion.
Canstar Blue will notify the winning Entrant by email or Facebook message within three Business Days after November 15, 2017 that the Cash Prize is being provided in lieu of the Prize. The Cash Prize will be transferred by direct deposit to the Prize Winner’s bank account once he or she has notified Canstar Blue via reply email or Facebook message of the bank account details for transfer of the Cash Prize. |

The draw will take place between 10:00am and 12:00pm AEST on Friday 29th September 2017 at Level 21, 143 Turbot Street, Brisbane, QLD, 4000.The Prize Winner will be notified by email and Facebook private message by no later than 5pm on Friday 29th September 2017. |
| 6 | Permit details | This Promotion is authorized in NSW by Permit number LTPS/17/17639. The conditions of the permit will override these conditions to the extent of any inconsistency. |

Clause 27 of the General Terms and Conditions will be replaced by the following clause: “Results of this Promotion will be published on the Promoter’s website at www.canstarblue.com.au/competitions/schedules/win-iphone8/ within 1 business day of Canstar Blue receiving confirmation of the Prize Winner accepting the prize.2. The Prize manufacturer’s terms and conditions of a Prize will apply to the Prize and the Prize Winner’s use of it.
3. By entering the Promotion and accepting the Prize, the Prize Winner agrees to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions, read in conjunction with this Schedule. |
